Pavilion Reservation Form

All Bay city residents in good standing with their HOA dues may request to rent the pavilion for $75 which includes restrooms provided by GotuGo Porta-Potty company.
All requests are subject to a review and availability. A member of the BCHOA will be in contact to discuss your request. Those who reserve the Pavilion are responsible for cleanup and are expected to leave the Pavilion in a state equivalent to or better than arrival. Payments can be made at the management company's website Victory Management, through your account once your reservation has been confirmed. Alternatively, once the reservation is confirmed, payment in the form of a check (Please reference your address in the "Memo" section of the check) may be sent to:

There will be no requests approved for holiday weekends.
