Meetings minutes are created during each HOA Meeting and then submitted to each Board Member for review, so each member is prepared to vote on approving meeting minutes. Meeting minutes from a previous HOA Meeting will be voted on and uploaded to the website within 36 hours from the last HOA meeting.
